"I wish I had called WaterPro years ago. In Spring of 2021 we had some periodic seepage in our basement and during heavy rains it was much worse. I called Waterpro and he was there within two days for an estimate. One day later they dug a trench around the inside of my basement, (I was having the carpet replaced anyway) removed the rock by carefully taking it upstairs and reusing some, and then put in a hard plastic pipe and poured concrete. He finished in three days - that was the best money I ever spent, and it was reasonable! The basement has been dry ever since and we have had several large rain events. He also went to my son's new home and fixed a nagging problem there.
I cannot recommend WaterPro enough. They were pros about knowing the problem, punctual, very clean in all their work, they vacuumed up any dust as they worked and it was spotless when they left. Call this company now!"

"After all the winter snow I discovered that I had a leak going on in the basement after recently purchasing my home. Tom was very responsive, and gave me a fair quote and was able to get work started almost immediately.
He did some crack sealing on both the interior and exterior of my home. They also had to dig out around my drain spout as water was getting backed up in that area. What I liked best was he offers a 10 year guarantee which gave me peace of mind about getting the work done."

"Waterproofing is difficult to navigate. Many large Franchise Waterproofers have an extremely high price point, most cannot afford. Tom will diagnose the issue and give a reasonable estimate with a 10 year guarantee. He is very honest. I have used him for several buildings and have referred him to clients for several years. He is a huge asset to my Real Estate business.

"We had a basement that routinely picked up seepage water from the surroundings. Since we had utilities in the basement it was critical that we get a drainage system in place. The working environment for WaterPro was awful; the basement was more like a crawl space and it had limited headroom. In order to get a system in place they had to jackhammer existing concrete walls and floors to install a system. This was incredibly difficult work in very cramped surroundings. WaterPro did terrific work...our basement is dry even after substantial rainfalls.Their price was reasonable and they were significantly lower than competitors. It is a pleasure to give them a very high rating for the difficult work that they do.

"WaterPro did a Great job waterproofing our basement and around the outside of our house. Tom guarantees and stands by his work. He gave us a free non pressure estimate and a reasonable price. He answered all our questions. We had a big job and all the men working here where very polite and cleaned up and left our home perfect. Thank you Tom for an Excellent Experience."

"Tom Leiss is truly a Water Pro! He has worked on many projects on two of my places and he is an expert when it comes to leaks and solutions. He does primarily all of the work himself but when he does have help all of the guys have been very professional, hard working, friendly and get in and out on time and reasonably priced. Tom has come out on weekends to help me without charging any extra or hidden fees and he stands behind his work and often will even do extra stuff without charging me. His proposals are clear, simple and he is one of the most honest and caring contractors I have had. His work comes with a ten year warranty which I am certain Tom will respond promptly if needed. I highly recommend Tom and his employees. 10+++++"

"Tom was a very honest guy. From the beginning he gave me his price and stuck to it, which I felt was reasonable. I had a small leak in my basement and needed it fixed within five days so we could start to finish our basement. I also needed some cracks filled as a prevention measure. Tom came out on a Saturday morning, no extra charge, and got it done in a couple of hours. He only fixed the cracks that needed to be fixed and did not pressure me to fix others. Had a big rain storm yesterday and the leak is nowhere to be seen. He gives you a 10 year guarantee so if it leaks again, he will come back to fix it free of charge.
Update: it is 5 years later... still no leaks anywhere!"

"I had a newly finished basement that had water seeping through a foundation crack. My carpenter didn't repair it properly (just tried to patch it up). I called Tom and he was very professional and nice and actually came out on a weekend (at no extra charge) to repair it for me. Haven't had a problem since. I appreciate his honesty and that he doesn't take advantage of customers (who aren't very knowledgeable about waterproofing issues). He was also reasonably priced as well. Highly recommended!!"

"Waterpro is the company to call when you have a basement water problem in the Chicago area. Tom has been to my house to fix cracks in the foundation before, but Waterpro is also fully capable of larger jobs done neatly, promptly and without all the noise and expense of the larger companies. Waterpro recently installed a partial floor drain tile system with a sump, and this has resolved the seepage problems I have had for years. My only question is why I didn't call earlier."

"This company checked all the boxes. Response time from first call to initial consultation was within 2 days and was supplied with a very reasonable quote the next day. Project started a week later. Some initial items thought to be problematic, were deemed not necessary after all, and taken off the initial bid. Some additional preventative measures were suggested, throughly explained, and agreed upon with a lesser charge than the initial bid. The work was done professionally, timely and clean considering it was performed in a wet, musty crawl space accessed through a bedroom floor. I would recommend their services to everyone."
