“I wish I had called WaterPro years ago. In Spring of 2021 we had some periodic seepage in our basement and during heavy rains it was much worse. I called Waterpro and he was there within two days for an estimate. One day later they dug a trench around the inside of my basement, (I was having the carpet replaced anyway) removed the rock by carefully taking it upstairs and reusing some, and then put in a hard plastic pipe and poured concrete. He finished in three days – that was the best money I ever spent, and it was reasonable! The basement has been dry ever since and we have had several large rain events. He also went to my son’s new home and fixed a nagging problem there. I cannot recommend WaterPro enough. They were pros about knowing the problem, punctual, very clean in all their work, they vacuumed up any dust as they worked and it was spotless when they left. Call this company now!”

“We had a basement that routinely picked up seepage water from the surroundings. Since we had utilities in the basement it was critical that we get a drainage system in place. The working environment for WaterPro was awful; the basement was more like a crawl space and it had limited headroom. In order to get a system in place they had to jackhammer existing concrete walls and floors to install a system. This was incredibly difficult work in very cramped surroundings. WaterPro did terrific work…our basement is dry even after substantial rainfalls.Their price was reasonable and they were significantly lower than competitors. “Tom was a very honest guy. From the beginning he gave me his price and stuck to it, which I felt was reasonable. I had a small leak in my basement and needed it fixed within five days so we could start to finish our basement. I also needed some cracks filled as a prevention measure. Tom came out on a Saturday morning, no extra charge, and got it done in a couple of hours. He only fixed the cracks that needed to be fixed and did not pressure me to fix others. Had a big rain storm yesterday and the leak is nowhere to be seen. He gives you a 10 year guarantee so if it leaks again, he will come back to fix it free of charge.
